• The tent pitches Flysheet first and takes two people approx. 55 mins to pitch. (after a few practice runs)
• All fabrics used in for the flysheet, sleeping compartments and groundsheets have been given a Fire Retardant treatment, which in the event of an emergency will allow significantly more time to escape.
• Each Wynnster tent is supplied with a repair kit and they include useful items to carry out emergency repairs.
• The taped seams are heat sealed with a polyurethane tape to ensure complete waterproof protection.
• The poles benefit from a colour coding system. This incorporates colour-coded poles and pole sleeves, groundsheet clip points, plus colour coded bedroom-hanging points, reducing the assembly time by highlighting the correct place for each part.
• The poles are tough steel poles providing a very rigid and durable structure that is easy and quick to assemble.
• The tent benefits from secondary mesh doors. This is a very fine mesh panel behind as entrance door that when used on its own allows light and air into the living space whilst keeping out unwanted insects.
• The groundsheet is sewn in and is fire retardant, durable polyethylene.
• The complete interior of the tent (the communal space & bedrooms) has the benefit of an integral, bathtub style groundsheet and secondary mesh doors, which will effectively keep this space free from insects and draughts.
• The main pegging points have been reinforced with several layers of fabric and strong bar tack stitching to provide maximum strength.
