When entering your name and address details you must enter details precisely as they appear on your card statements. The Worldpay site is sensitive to changes in capital letters, inclusion of full stops or extra spaces. We encourage you to see our extensive display of tents but we realise that not everyone can do this.
We will send items by mail order to UK residents only if you pay by credit card.  Please read
our 'Quality of despatch and delivery' statement below. All purchases by telephone are
governed by the Distance Selling Regulations which we explain below.

Quality of despatch and delivery

We will ship your parcel by Parcelforce 48 on the first or second working day following receipt of your order.

We cannot guarantee the delivery performance of Parcelforce.
95% of our ParcelForce 48 parcels are delivered in 2 working days (3 days for Scottish Isles)
Times of day cannot be negotiated. 

 

Cost of despatch and delivery

The subsidised cost for each delivery is £5.00. At the present time we offer "free carriage" for all orders worth £150 and over.  We reserve the right to refuse orders if the cost of carriage to ourselves is excessive. 

Customers from Parcelforce zones 2 & 3 are advised to telephone their orders as extra carriage charges may apply. The relevant postcodes are:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25

Distance Selling Regulations

You may return any item sent by our mail order service within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.  You will receive a refund of the full cost of the item less the outward carriage costs .  Where the item has been sent "free carriage" a  delivery charge of £7.50 per parcel will be deducted from your refund. This represents the actual cost of sending you the parcels including VAT, which we are obliged to charge.  In these circumstances the return carriage is also at your expense.
You must first notify us (by telephone or email) of your intention to return the item so that we can give you a returns reference number. Refunds will only be made using the same card details as offered for the original transaction.
