Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Electron.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We do not automatically backorder items without consulting you. You may, if you prefer, telephone with your order and credit card details.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We use Parcelforce 48 for all deliveries. We can arrange for delivery to your work address if the premises are suitable. Remember that a six berth tent may be a large parcel and your post room should be warned of the delivery.

Customers from ParcelForce zones 2 & 3 are advised to telephone their order as extra carriage charges may apply
Postcodes in these zones are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.

Delivery Schedule We will ship your parcel by Parcelforce 48 on the first or second working day following receipt of your order.

We cannot gaurantee the delivery performance of Parcelforce.
95% of our ParcelForce 48 parcels are delivered in 2 working days (3 days for Scottish Isles)
Times of day cannot be negotiated.
Back Orders You will always be emailed if all or part of your order is not available for immediate despatch. You will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or choose an alternative. We do not send part deliveries and leave you waiting for the remainder. We will attempt to contact you on the same day we receive your order or, if received after 1pm before 11am on the following day.
Tax Charges All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%, except for zero-rated items.
Credit Card Security When you pay for your order you will be transferred to the WorldPay website. This is a secure site with 128bit encryption to protect your card details.

Your credit card details are not revealed to us by WorldPay. We receive notification that the payment has been authorised.

In the event that we need to contact you about items which are not in stock we will not take the payment before doing so.
Guarantee All our products come with a guarantee against faults in manufacture. Please note that problems occuring following misuse or accident are not covered by your guarantee.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

In simple terms you may return any item sent by our mail order service within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. You will receive a refund of the full cost of the item less the outward carriage costs . Where the item has been sent "free carriage" a delivery charge of £7.50 per parcel will be deducted from your refund. This represents the actual cost of sending you the parcels including VAT, which we are obliged to charge. In these circumstances the return carriage is also at your expense.

You must notify us of your intention to return the goods by telephone or email.
When we receive and check the returned items you will be credited the original payment less any carriage costs. We will do this within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods.
